We would like to inform you that we collect personal data in the following areas of the Order Center:

- Registration of Exhibitor tickets
- Registration of Servicepartner tickets
- e-Invite invitation tool
- VIP Program
- Registration of a forum presentation
- Room bookings
- Co-exhibitor registration
- Newsletter registration
- YouTube videos
- Digital Package Basic+ / Employee profiles

If you wish to use one of these functions, you, as an exhibitor, should ensure that you have a legal basis for the processing of the personal data you have entered in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), inform the data subjects about this processing and their rights under the GDPR as well as the content of our privacy policy, and comply with any other applicable legal obligations incumbent upon you under the GDPR.

The data you provide will be stored by us for the duration of the processing. The service providers we use and at our co-organizer Solar Promotion GmbH will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention obligations and then deleted, unless we or our service providers/co-organizers are obliged to store them for a longer period in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO due to tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations (e.g. from HGB, StGB or AO) or you have consented to storage beyond this in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a
The above-mentioned service providers are bound by instructions under data protection law in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
